Badger. Badger is the common name for any animal of three subfamilies, which belong to the family Mustelidae: the same mammal family as the ferrets, the weasels, the otters, and several other types of carnivore. There are 9 species of badger, in three subfamilies: the Eurasian badgers, the Ratel or Honey Badger and the American Badger.

Hare. Hares are much longer-limbed and swifter than rabbits. They use their powerful hind legs to escape predation by outrunning their enemies, and have been known to reach speeds of 72kph (45mph). Brown hares are widespread throughout central and western Europe.

Elk. The Elk , is an ungulate mammal. Elks are native to North America and East Asia although they have adapted well to countries where they have been introduced. Elks are hunted as a game species as their meat is leaner and higher in protein than beef or chicken.

Lynx. As a member of the cat family, lynx share many of the same characteristics as other cats, such as tigers, jaguars, leopards and even the family cat, acute hearing, sharp eyesight and excellent climbing ability.

Roe deer. Roe deer are widely distributed in woods near fields and wooded valleys. They are nocturnal animals, traveling alone or in families and browsing on grass, leaves, and young shoots.
